Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the terms and conditions listed below, upon receipt of the required trip deposit, receipt of the required signed documents, and given that full payment is made 30 days prior to departure of this tour, Walkabout Adventures, LLC is obligated to provide the tour and services booked by the clients making full payment for this tour. This obligation falls under the guidelines of the Terms and Conditions listed below, and includes the payee and all clients booked through this payee.

Terms & Conditions:
Walkabout Adventures, LLC is acting as an agent for suppliers of various travel goods and services. Walkabout Adventures, LLC works with these suppliers in selling travel related services and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that might not be directly supplied, managed, or otherwise provided by Walkabout Adventures, LLC. Walkabout Adventures, LLC attempts to represent only suppliers that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability, and responsiveness to problems and complaints; nevertheless, Walkabout Adventures, LLC cannot and does not control the actions or inactions of the suppliers it represents. Therefore, Walkabout Adventures, LLC Shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers resulting in any loss, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or personal injury to travelers, traveler' companions, or group members, including, but not limited to, any losses resulting from changes in suppliers' rates, losses related to bookings, reservations, or scheduling problems, or losses arising out of the handling or loss of personal effects. All deposits made are non-refundable. Full credit for all payments will be available for one year from the date of the cancelled trip. Both the first and second deposit will be available for a 100% credit with no additional fees. This credit can be used for any available trip of the same or lesser value on any dates Walkabout Adventures, LLC has available. Arizona sales tax of 6.725% will be added to all trip prices and in some cases additional fees may apply. While no revisions of the itinerary are anticipated, Walkabout Adventures, LLC, reserves the right cancel or change any tour schedules or prices, to substitute stops or attractions, and to substitute or lease equipment as necessary. We also reserve the right to require a minimum number of passengers to operate any tour. Walkabout Adventures, LLC is not liable for any closures due to weather, NPS and tribal regulations, or otherwise. At no time in the course of any legal action taken against Walkabout Adventures, LLC, relating to any of our services, will a change of venue from Arizona be pursued.

NOTICE: Participants are hereby warned of the possibility of travel industry bankruptcies, climatic disruptions, natural disasters, and the possibility that the traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency, medical problems, or other exigencies beyond Walkabout Adventures, LLC control. Walkabout Adventures, LLC suggests all clients purchase travel insurance for this tour.

Refunds Policy

All deposits made are non-refundable. Full credit for all payments will be available for one year from the date of the cancelled trip. Both the first and second deposit will be available for a 100% credit with no additional fees. This credit can be used for any available trip of the same or lesser value on any dates Walkabout Adventures, LLC has available.

Arizona sales tax of 6.725% will be added to all trip prices and in some cases additional fees may apply.
